Fully funded programme for young researchers, entrepreneurs, and early-stage start-up founders from Germany and India. Engage in problem solving with your peers. Get international exposure and information on the start-up and innovation landscape, intercultural understanding and take your entrepreneurial plans ahead!

Who can apply
– Masters students, PhD students, Post-Docs registered at partner institutes of this programme in Germany and India, interested in entrepreneurship and/or having a start-up idea
– Early-stage start-up founders
Partners institutes in Germany are Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Technical University (TU) of Braunschweig & Science and Start-ups Berlin (Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Technische Universität Berlin and Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin)
Partners institutes in India are Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (CCAMP) & Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur

Number of participants:
20 (10 from Germany and 10 from India)
A team or a tandem would be 1 participant from India and 1 from Germany. The team will be hosted at IIT Kanpur or CCAMP based on their area of work.
Financial support for the programme: DWIH New Delhi
Travel and accommodation for participants is fully covered by DWIH New Delhi
DWIH will cover the following for participants from Germany
a) Local transport in Germany
b) Air travel to India and back
c) Local transport in India (to and from the airport and related to the program in India)
d) Meals during the programme
e) Stay at the incubator
f) Visa
DWIH will cover the following for participants from India
a) Travel and accommodation in Bengaluru for the joint programme
b) Meals during the programme, wherever applicable
