Higher Education and Research Cooperation with India

In this joint roundtable of the universities  in the state of Saxony with the DAAD Regional Office in New Delhi and the DWIH New Delhi, current developments in higher education and research policy in India will take center stage. In addition, avenues of university and research cooperation with India, as well as support possibilities will be presented.

The Free State of Saxony is currently increasing its commitment to Indo-German scientific cooperation. In November, a close collaboration in the field of science and technology was declared with the state of Tamil Nadu in a Joint Declaration of Intent. Furthermore, Saxony will open a liaison office in Chennai under the leadership of TU Dresden.
