Indo-German Research Day

Germany and India are important partners for research cooperation and have made heavy investments for further strengthening the bi-lateral cooperation with many initiatives and schemes. This event will showcase the research landscape of Germany and present opportunities available for research, funding lines for individuals and projects for joint research facilitated by Indian and German agencies.

It will bring together researchers, science managers and stakeholders from the field, from India and Germany for exchange of information and discussions on topics and mechanisms to increase the current cooperation.

a) A virtual fair section with opportunity to visit and interact with representatives of universities, research institutes and funding bodies from India and Germany who are key players in the Indo-German research and research cooperation.

b) Panel Discussions and Q&A with the audience where Alumni, representatives of universities, research institutes and funding bodies from India and Germany will share their experiences and good practice examples from areas of research cooperation.

c) A dedicated networking area that will give opportunity to institutes as well as researchers from India and Germany to interact with each other.
